A p5.js Experiment

I have been a fan of Processing and processing.js for a while now, though I haven’t had a lot of time to play with either recently. A new JavaScript interpretation of Processing is available called p5.js, so I thought I would give it a try. Here is my first experiment using this new API.

The new API is definitely a subset of Processing, but it has a lot of the goodies from its forebear, and also provides the ability to interact with the DOM. The performance is very reasonable too.

The welcome page for p5.js is particularly cool; it is definitely worth checking out!
